Suks Minhas MD FRCS (Urol)
- Team Leader
Mr Minhas is a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist. He is honorary
Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Urology and Middlesex Hospital,
University College Hospital, London. Mr Minhas specialises in andrological
surgery. He has completed an MD thesis in the physiology of the penis
and erectile dysfunction, completing his training in andrological surgery
at the Institute of Urology in London. Mr Minhas is supra-regional chairman
for penile cancer services at University College Hospital London with
over 100 published abstracts, papers and chapters on the subject of
Andrology.
He has chaired scientific meetings both nationally and internationally
in the field of andrological surgery. He is also referee to a number
of scientific journals. Mr Minhas has been consulted and interviewed
for matters on sexual dysfunction for radio and television.
He is a British Association of Urological Surgeons section of Andrology
Committee Member and the Editor for European Society of Sexual Medicine

Medical Secretary
We have an onsite medical secretary who carries out a range
of administrative duties for us in our private clinic alongside the
practice manager. Maree has been working at The Lister Hospital for
over 6 years and is a great asset to the foundation of London Andrology.

Martin Lees FRCS
- Consultant Anaesthetist
Dr Lees is a Consultant Cardiac Anaesthetist at The Heart Hospital,
University College Hospital, London. Dr Lees qualified as a doctor at
St Thomas' Hospital, London and completed specialist training in
anaesthesia in London. His work at University College Hospital includes
anaesthetising patients for cardiac and thoracic surgery (The Heart
Hospital), caring for intensive care patients (The Heart Hospital) and anaesthetising
for day case urology and orthopaedic patients (University College Hospital). Dr
Lees has an interest in total intravenous anaesthesia, conscious
sedation, and has participated in the research of a new anaesthetic
device (Proseal Layngeal Mask Airway). GMC

Dr Ashraf Salama - International
Patients Co-ordinator
Dr Salama acts as The Lister Hospital and London Andrology representative
for overseas patients. He supports Consultant relations with the Embassies
and London-based Middle East corporate to maximize their usage of the
Lister Hospital and London Andrology. Dr Salama also arranges meetings
with Embassies for new Consultants and existing Consultants whom the
hospital and London Andrology wish to promote to overseas patients to
maximize hospital occupancy. Dr
