Suks Minhas MD FRCS (Urol) - Team Leader
Mr Suks Minhas MD FRCS (Urol) is a Consultant Urologist and Andrologist. He is honorary Senior Lecturer at the Institute of Urology, University College Hospital, London.
Suks specialises in andrological surgery and is one of the only full-time andrological surgeons in the UK. He has completed an MD thesis in the physiology of the penis and erectile dysfunction, completing his training in andrological surgery at the Institute of Urology in London. Suks is supra-regional chairman for penile cancer services at University College Hospital London with over 200 published abstracts, papers and chapters on the subject of Andrology. He has chaired scientific meetings both nationally and internationally in the field of andrological surgery. He is also referee to a number of scientific journals and is on a number of consultation forums in Andrology. He is actively involved in the teaching and training of surgeons in the UK and is an internationally invited speaker and visiting surgeon.
He is currently chairman of the British Association of Urological Surgeons, Section of Andrology and Genito-urethral Surgery.

Martin Lees FRCA - Consultant Anaesthetist
Dr Lees is a Consultant Cardiac Anaesthetist at The Heart Hospital,
University College Hospital, London. Dr Lees qualified as a doctor at
St Thomas' Hospital, London and completed specialist training in
anaesthesia in London. His work at University College Hospital includes
anaesthetising patients for cardiac and thoracic surgery (The Heart
Hospital), caring for intensive care patients (The Heart Hospital) and anaesthetising
for day case urology and orthopaedic patients (University College Hospital). Dr
Lees has an interest in total intravenous anaesthesia, conscious
sedation, and has participated in the research of a new anaesthetic
device (Proseal Layngeal Mask Airway). GMC

Patients Co-ordinator
Mrs Kobiti acts as The Lister Hospital and London Andrology representative
for overseas patients. She supports the Consultants, the IVF Department, Embassies
